Sara is a fully qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

I believe that with the right support, we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and move forward. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and creating a safe space where you can feel heard without judgement.

I’m particularly passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, and helping them reconnect with their sense of self and inner strength and volunteered with a local domestic abuse refuge for over 14 months.
