Reformer Pilates Starting in January!

We’re thrilled to share that our brand-new Reformer studio at Attend2Health is looking fantastic! Equipped with premium-quality Align Reformers, the studio is ready to welcome you for classes starting in January.

To reserve your place, please contact reception. With a maximum of four participants per class, you’ll benefit from close supervision by our Body Control Pilates-qualified Reformer instructors.

Classes are tailored to all levels—beginners, improvers, and intermediate—so please let us know your experience when booking.

Class Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (daytime)
Wednesday & Thursday evenings (up until 8 PM)

Spaces are limited, so secure your spot today! Call 01763 87 80 87. Taster sessions are also available so you can see what Reformer Pilates is like.

Group classes are priced at £85 a month which works out at £22 a class over 46 weeks to allow for holiday times.

Louise Hampton

Louise Hampton is a chiropractor and owner of the award winning Attend2Health clinic. She is a fellow of the British Chiropractic Association and first qualified in 2004 with a degree in Chiropractic. In her spare time she enjoys throwing the hammer in athletics and spending time with her children.

Dr Louise Hampton went along to Ralph Sadleir School, Puckeridge recently to educate the pupils on the importance of good posture. ‘With more and more younger people suffering with back pain I think that it is really important to educate children on the importance of keeping active, not carrying too much in the school bags and looking after their spines. With the increase in technology everyone is spending increasing amounts of time sitting at computers or on phones. The back has a poor blood supply and needs movement to get the blood to the discs so this is why it is so important to have a stretch every twenty minutes or so.’ Said Dr Hampton. The pupils found the day most informative and especially enjoyed the model of the spine.
