New Year Resolutions
As we are now fully into January we thought it was worth looking at different New Years Resolutions in case you still hadn’t committed to anything.

Here are are few things you could try from Attend2Health…
On Thursday at 9.30am-10.30am we have our Healthy Eating Meetings starting. Here our Nutritionist will discuss ways to feel fuller for longer and to get over your sugar cravings as well as many more tips. The meetings are just Β£20 a month so contact reception for more details.
How about improving your sleep or stopping smoking with our Hypnotherapist? Give us a call to find out more.
Starting a new class such as Tai Chi or Pilates can also be good. Tai Chi is on a Tuesday at 9.30am and we have Pilates classes on Mondays 6pm-7pm, Wednesdays 2pm-3pm and Fridays 9.15am-10.15am. All have a few spaces left at the moment.
