Hello, my name is Adrian Collingwood. Myself and my wife have relocated from Devon to the South east. I qualified from the University of Surrey in 2003 with a Masters in Chiropractic and have a special interest in how chiropractic can help with headaches.
I always consider a health problem or symptom within the context of a patients whole lifestyle. Symptoms don’t just happen on their own – they are a warning that something is not right – and as chiropractors we know the importance of maintaining body and lifestyle balance. I look forward to meeting you at Attend2Health.

She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association and was awarded full membership of the Royal College of Chiropractors in 2019.

The help and support she gained from the profession made her want to study to become a chiropractor herself so she could foreseeably help others who are in pain like she was.
Ashleigh loves treating patients of all ages and uses a combination of techniques including joint manipulation and mobilisation, soft tissue work, dry needling, taping methods and exercise rehabilitation/ stretching and tailors this to every patient she sees.
She believes that it is important to not only treat the symptoms, but to also figure out the cause of the problem so that it can be prevented from coming back in the future.
Alongside sport and chiropractic, Ashleigh enjoys catching up with friends and family, travelling and eating out!
Amanda Lonergan
Amanda originally graduated from De Montfort University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology of Human Communication and French. She has since qualified as a hypnotherapist (Cert Hyp CS) and is able to offer a variety of treatments, in particular for anxiety and chronic pain.
Amanda takes a “working together” approach in her sessions and considers hypnotherapy to be one of the most empowering therapies there is. She says “I lay the groundwork to enable the client to make the changes they require, opposed to making the change happen myself. Ultimately the only person who can change their perspective and make things happen is the individual themselves. The more open the individual is to the possibilities hypnotherapy can offer; the more hypnotherapy can offer the individual.”

Sarah Baker
Sarah Jayne Baker has been a Tai Chi Practitioner for more than 35 years, trained through the Bryan Nuttall and John Reed – with direct lineage to Li Deyin a founding master of the Beijing Short Form.
Sarah Jayne teaches the many principles and applications with a dash of fun and shows direct links between this ancient “soft” martial art and everyday life with practical ways to use Tai Chi in the modern world – not just something to practice in class.
At is simplest Tai Chi is a falls prevention system, teaching students how to gain confidence in movement through creating stability. Gaining understanding of the form and philosophy it is built upon, leads to the understanding “motion is lotion”, and Tai Chi is a powerful low impact, strength building, gentle exercise that also brings mindfulness to those studying.
At it’s most complex Tai Chi is considered a complete health system that improves lung function, mental health and improves internal organ health too, all while being simply focussed on slow precise movement.
